Bernie's worked at the intersection of banking, innovation and technology for 25 years. Having built Capital Finance and Pepper Asset Finance from the ground up, he knows what it takes to help new players get the job done. Bernie was also on the International Executive Boards for Pepper Group and Lloyds Bank (International Division), and held non-Executive Director and Chairman roles respectively with listed technology companies GraysEcommerce Group Limited and CSG Ltd.
With over 25 years in financial services, Aaron brings a wealth of experience to the business as our CEO. His career spans extensive tenures at GE Capital and, most recently, Custom Fleet ANZ, leading corporate, commercial, fleet management and consumer finance businesses. A growth-oriented CEO, with a focus on customers and partners, he has a track record of building businesses. Aaron’s strong legacy in executive leadership, commercial strategy and business growth will see us realise our strategic, operational and earnings goals now and in the future.
Rebecca has over 25 years of Financial Services experience and uses a data-led collaborative approach to align commercial goals with customer needs. Prior to joining Angle Auto Finance, Rebecca was Head of Business Bank Marketing at Macquarie Bank and Strategic Marketing Director for GE Capital.
As Chief People Officer, Allyson ensures our HR strategies align with and enable our overall business goals. For over 25 years, she's worked nationally and overseas with leading names in the financial services industry, including MetLife, NAB Asset Management, Westpac, BT Financial Group and Barclays Global Investors. Allyson also brings extensive experience in Organisational Design, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
Jason's a leading IT executive with experience across multiple industries. He comes fresh from his role as CIO & Head of Product at Element Fleet Management, the largest pure play commercial financial leasing company in the world. With a suite of other lead roles at GE, GE Capital, NAB and Deloitte to his name, Jason's been delivering at the forefront of information and technology for over 20 years.
Jason’s a seasoned leader who brings decades of financial and business strategy to the role of CFO. He has extensive experience with ASX and LSE-listed companies, and large multi-asset loan books, having been head of NAB Private Bank and CFO of humm Group. He also carved out a successful career in capital markets with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and JP Morgan, across Sydney, London and New York.
Matt brings with him more than 20 years’ private practice and in-house legal experience in banking and finance, as well as structured and asset finance. He’s worked with some of the leading law firms both in Australia and around the world and held the roles of Group General Counsel and Group Head of Operational Risk & Compliance for humm group, Chief Legal Counsel for CIT Group Asia-Pacific, and General Counsel of Lloyds Banking Group Australia.
David sees the chief risk office role as critical to guide and influence business decisions. David has more than 18 years of experience, most recently with insurance company iQumulate Premium Funding where he was the chief risk officer for the past three years. Prior to that, he was chief risk officer at BMW Finance.
A highly experienced leader with extensive experience in strategy, finance, insurance, sales and marketing, operations and customer experience across multiple industries, Craig’s role as Chief Commercial Officer is instrumental to Angle Auto Finance’s vision in delivering market leading finance experience. Craig’s career includes multiple Senior Executive roles including General Manager, Customer Experience at Toyota Finance.
