The website at https://www.angleauto.com.au ("Site") is owned and operated by Angle Auto Finance Pty Ltd (ACN 161 130 696) of Level 23, 400 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 (“we”, "us" or “our”).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

We maintain this Site as a service to our customers. Your use of the Site is subject to these terms, including our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.angleauto.com.au/privacy), and any additional terms governing your use of and access to certain sections of the Site which may be displayed from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site generally, but if you apply for another product or service offered by us then different contractual terms may apply.

Each time you access and/or use our Site or related services you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use.

Please review the Terms of Use carefully, and check them periodically for changes. These are the current Terms of Use. Angle Auto Finance may, at its sole discretion, vary or modify these Terms of Use without notice. If you do not understand the Terms of Use, please contact us using the details set out in section 16.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Use at each time of access and/or use, you must immediately cease accessing and using our Site and you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from this Site.

We reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use.

2. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

If you are a customer or potential customer of ours, you do not need to register or create an account on our website.

If you are a dealer, broker or introducer, you will need to use the log-in details that we have provided to you in order to access the Introducer Hub area of our website. In addition to, and with limiting the provisions of, any other agreement you or your employer may have signed with us:

  • the log-in details that we provide to you for the Introducer Hub area of our website are for your use only. You agree not to share these log-in details with anyone else; and
  • the documents and other information available on the Introducer Hub area of our website are provided to you for the sole purpose of assisting you to originate loans and novated leases with us. You agree to use these documents and other information for this purpose only and not for any other purpose.

3. YOUR PRIVACY

Collection of personal information

We collect personal information about you in order to, respond to your enquiry, provide you with our services, receive and respond to your feedback, process your hardship application and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy available at https://www.angleauto.com.au/privacy. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to respond to you or provide all of our services to you.

We may collect certain information including browser type, operating system and website visited immediately before coming to our Site. This information may be used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose personal information (as described above) to third parties that help us deliver our services (including our related entities, service providers who assist us such as by providing marketing and data analytics services, market research services, IT services, back-office management services or customer acquisition and onboarding services and otherwise as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of Australia, including to our related entities and service providers located in the United States of America, the Philippines and India.

You assign to us all information regarding Site uses by you and all information or other materials provided by you to the Site in any manner.

7. LINKING TO ANGLE AUTO FINANCE’S SITE

  • you must first receive our prior written approval for any such link (which may be granted with or without conditions);
  • you may link your site only to the home page of the Site;
  • you must display the URL of the Site and our Angle Auto Finance icon (incorporating Angle Auto Finance trademarks or other material) clearly and prominently, without in any way altering such icon or damaging the reputation of Angle Auto Finance or goods and services we provide, or suggesting any association between Angle Auto Finance and other persons, organisations, goods or services, unless approved by us;
  • if we allow you to use Angle Auto Finance trademarks or copyright material, you may use them only in accordance with our directions from time to time, using only material supplied or approved by us, without any alteration and incorporating notices indicating Angle Auto Finance’s ownership of trademarks and copyright material; and

For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you may need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms of Use, those terms and conditions will prevail.

We may from time to time use cookies on the Site. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the website and to store details about your use of the website. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings. However, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Site. Our Site may from time to time use cookies to analyse website traffic and help us provide a better website visit or experience. To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranties or representations about this Site or the Materials, including but not limited to warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, that this Site will be secure or in relation to non-infringement of third-party intellectual property (or other) rights.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the Site will create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in these Terms of Use, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms of Use.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our related bodies corporates, officers, directors and shareholders harmless from any liability, loss, claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of any infringement by you of the intellectual property rights of a third party in relation to your use of the Site (and any materials or information you submit in relation to the Site).

15. VENUE & APPLICABLE LAW

The Terms of Use and all aspects of your use of our Site and Materials are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. You agree to notify us as soon as reasonably possible about any claim or dispute concerning or in relation to these Terms of Use, or your use of our Site and Materials.

You agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of these Terms of Use, or your use of the Site (including the Materials) must be commenced in the State of Victoria. You submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action, dispute or court proceeding, and waive any claim of venue in any other jurisdiction.
