How do I take up an EV offer?

Visit one of our dealers around Australia and ask them about the Angle Auto EV Finance offers.

How do I find out if I'm eligible for these offers?

From 1 April 2025 plug-in hybrid vehicles will no longer be eligible to receive the EV Perks offers.The offers also exclude Government, Rental, and Novated Lease customers.

EV Perks Vouchers: Any customer financing a New, demonstrator and battery electric vehicles will have the option to select from one of two EV Perks Vouchers at the time of submitting their application at the dealership. There is no limit on EV retail pricing to qualify for this offer.

CEFC 0.70% discount off the standard interest rate for an EV retail loan, must meet the below criteria:

• New and demonstrator battery electric vehicles only
• 12 – 84-month loan term
• Loan to Valuation Ratio (LVR) below 150%
• Total vehicle cost as per the dealer tax invoice of the Electric Vehicle MUST be equal to or less than $90,000 (Including GST)

HOW DO I CHOOSE AN EV PERKS VOUCHER?

You will select your preferred voucher at the dealership when completing your finance application with the Business Manager. Each customer has the choice of one voucher option only and can choose one of two options:

1. Red Balloon voucher - To the value of $300 – Not exchangeable for cash – valid for up to 5 years.
2. Evie Network voucher – $1000 in public charging credit – Not exchangeable for cash - valid for 12 months from activation date.

CAN I CHANGE MY EV PERKS VOUCHER SELECTION ONCE MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

Unfortunately, no this isn’t possible. Please choose carefully as we are unable to change your selection once the application has been submitted. 

I DIDN’T SELECT EITHER EVIE OR REDBALLOON AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, CAN I REQUEST IT LATER?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EV PERKS VOUCHER CODE FOR EVIE OR REDBALLOON?

You can expect to receive your voucher code inside your EV Promotion email which will be emailed to you 5-10 business days after you settle your eligible EV loan with Angle Auto Finance. The email will be sent to the email address provided in your finance application.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY EV PERKS VOUCHER?

You’ll need to find the voucher code emailed to you in your EV Promotion email. Then follow the instructions above to redeem the voucher.

I CAN’T FIND MY VOUCHER CODE, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

Yes – to request a new code, please call Angle Auto Finance Customer Care on 1300 561 868 - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

IS THE CEFC DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR NOVATED LEASING?

The 0.70% rate discount is for customers funding via a consumer loan or commercial (goods) loan and excludes Novated Leases. A number of tax concessions are already available for Novated Lease funding of electric vehicles, which makes a Novated Lease a highly attractive funding option.

What Electric Vehicles are eligible for the CEFC discount?

All new or demonstrator battery electric vehicles (BEV) are eligible to receive a 0.7% CEFC rate discount. Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Used Electric Vehicles are not eligible for the CEFC rate discount.

Why are Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles no longer included?

The Clean Energy Finance Corporation has announced that this subsidy will end for plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) by the end of March 2025.

What does this change mean?

From 1 April 2025 the discounted rate and EV Perks Evie charging/Red balloon vouchers will be removed for PHEVs from the EV promotion. Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) remain eligible for the discounted rate and Evie charging/Red balloon vouchers.

Will I get the discount or EV Perks vouchers if I applied before Tuesday 1 April?

Applications submitted before Tuesday 1 April will receive the EV Perks discount vouchers (subject to eligibility). After this date, the EV discount and voucher offer will no longer apply.
